The Streets Are My Home

These are the photographs that I've taken over the past few years. All shot with film, of course. Street photography is where I feel my talent lies with photography. In the streets, the world melts. I'll admit, I'm really introverted, but something about being amongst people, yet being a fly on the wall has it's beauty to me. I'm intrigued by people, and capturing their expressions, their life, stopping that moment in time, never to happen again. It's art, and nothing in this world brings me more happiness.

Focused

I recently got the idea to do a series of photographs unfocused. You always here people say they don't like a blurry photograph, well these are completely blurry photographs, and to be honest, I really like how they turned out. An entirely new way to view things. Kinda leaves a lot to your mind.

Summer Wedding

I shot a wedding for my friend Pauline this weekend in Ft. Worth. I've always wanted to attend a Jewish wedding and yes, they are as crazy as everyone says. Definitely a good time. Weddings can make anyone feel good. Just a great vibe and full of love and happiness.

The Modern

I recently went to the Modern Museum of Art if Ft. Worth with my girlfriend, Melinda. To me, it's the best of both worlds. I love art and photography, so capturing both makes it all the better.

Vintage

I shot all these photographs with my iPhone over the past few months, and these were just the few that I really liked. I always hear quotes about how the camera doesn't make the photograph, the photographer does. I don't think I've ever heard such a true statement. It isn't what you use to capture the image, it's what you see that captures the image.
